We currently support mobile topups in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, several other African countries and Latin America Countries. We are continuously expanding our coverage to include more countries and service providers.

Do I need to create an account to use your services?

While you can make one-time payments without an account, we recommend creating an account to track your transaction history, save recipient information, and enjoy a faster checkout experience for future transactions.

Which mobile carriers do you support?

We support all major mobile carriers including MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile, Vodafone, Safaricom, and many others. The available carriers depend on the country selected for the topup service.

How quickly will the topup be processed?

Most mobile topups and data bundles are processed instantly or within 5 minutes. In rare cases, it might take up to 30 minutes during high traffic periods or technical issues with the service provider.

Can I schedule recurring mobile topups?

Yes, registered users can set up recurring topups for daily, weekly, or monthly schedules. This feature is perfect for ensuring your loved ones or employees always have airtime or data available.


Bill Payments

What types of bills can I pay through BitGifty?

You can pay electricity bills, water bills, cable TV subscriptions (like DSTV, GOtv, StarTimes), internet subscriptions, and various other utility bills depending on your location.

How do I pay an electricity bill?

Select Electricity from our bill payment options, choose your provider, enter your meter number or customer ID, specify the amount you wish to pay, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation receipt and token (for prepaid meters) once processed.

Do you provide receipts for bill payments?

Yes, we provide digital receipts for all transactions. These are sent to your email and are also available in your account dashboard if you're a registered user.


Payment and Security

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrencies and other payment methods. Available payments methods will be displayed during checkout.

Is there a minimum or maximum transaction amount?

Minimum amounts vary by service but typically start from $0.05 equivalent. Maximum limits depend on your account verification level and the specific service you're using. Verified accounts enjoy higher transaction limits.

How secure are my transactions?

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure payment gateways, and regular security audits. We do not store sensitive payment details like complete credit card numbers. What should I do if my topup or bill payment isn't processed?

First, check your transaction history in your account dashboard to verify the status. If it shows as Pending orFailed, please wait 30 minutes as some transactions may be delayed. If the issue persists, contact our customer support with your transaction ID for assistance.

Can I get a refund if I made a mistake in my transaction?

Refund policies vary by service provider. For incorrect recipient numbers or IDs, we will attempt to reverse the transaction if it hasn't been processed yet. Please contact customer support immediately with your transaction details if you made an error.
